Refund policy
EcoNest Limited will accept a return on the grounds of a factory default only.
Returns under any other circumstance would need to be pre-arranged with EcoNest Limited by email to orders@econest.co.nz.
All approved refunds will be credited and refunded within 30 days. Please ensure all returns are packaged adequately as refunds will not be issued on damaged in transit items.
If EcoNest Limited has sent you the incorrect items, we will send you the correct item along with a courier ticket/bag for the return.
You can cancel an order prior to it being dispatched but a 30% cancellation fee off the invoiced price less GST will apply. Contact us immediately by email orders@econest.co.nz to inform us of the cancellation request and include the invoice number and your contact details. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a refund (as per our terms of trade) via the payment method or credit card used for the original order, 30 days after cancellation.
