Terms and Conditions

The sale or supply of all products and services from the EcoNest Limited Internet site are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Minimum orders - $300.00
  • EcoNest Limited shall make every effort to keep the information on this website up to date.
  • EcoNest Limited has the right to refuse the sale or supply of any product where we deem appropriate.
  • Every effort will be made to supply you with your order; however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • At all times the route and method of dispatch is at the discretion of EcoNest Limited. EcoNest Limited contracts NZ Post and or its affiliated agents for deliveries; we shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to causes beyond our control.
  • Liability limited to price of product.
  • No liability for consequential loss.
  • The reselling of Samples, Collateral, and or Demonstration Products is strictly prohibited.

Reselling

The sale of Samples, Collateral, Demonstration products and or any items that have zero value at the time of ordering (Net Price), is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by EcoNest Limited. Such authorisation must be obtained in writing prior to any reselling being initiated. Any Samples, Collateral or Demonstration products supplied by EcoNest Limited, which are no longer required for the purpose that they were supplied should be returned to either EcoNest Limited.

The exporting of any products purchased from EcoNest Limited is strictly prohibited.

Payment

EcoNest Limited accepts payment by a number of convenient options; the available options are presented as you process through the ‘check out’ when purchasing online.

  • By Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard  
  • By Bank Transfer; Payment must be received before the order is dispatched

Pricing

All prices quoted on the EcoNest Limited website exclude GST and are New Zealand Dollars. These prices are subject to change without notice.

 Backorders

In general, all products on this website are in stock. However, depending upon demand an item may be placed on backorder. Stock is normally replenished within seven days, at which point all backorders are dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order for any backordered item please contact us immediately to arrange a refund (if applicable). In the unlikely event that a purchased product is discontinued or is not available for an extended period we will contact you and discuss your available options.
